The parent/child will download and complete the electronic Work Permit application from the PDE website. Parents unable to access the electronic application should call the school to request a paper application.
The student's parent or legal guardian electronically signs the PDF or the signs the paper application. Please attach any required documents such as a copy of a birth certificate or passport to the completed application and submit it all to the school.
- If applying electronically you may attach digital copies such as a scan or digital photograph.
- If applying with a paper application you need to have a photocopy of your required document.

Once completed your child will be issued a blue work permit that we can give to them while in school or mail it home. You will want to make several copies as this blue permit will be their original copy for them to keep.
